LEGAL
Terms of Service
Last updated November 8, 2026
Mostra (“the Board”) is a place to show independent products. By signing in, posting or paying, you agree to these terms.
Your account and posts
- You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live, and keep your sign-in secure.
- You are responsible for everything you post: the poster image, text and the website you link to. Only post products you made or are allowed to promote.
- You keep your rights. You give us a licence to display your poster, text and link on the Board and in previews of it (for example when someone shares its page).
What you may not post
- Anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Links to malware, phishing, scams, or sites that mislead people about what they are.
- Spam, repeated posts of the same product, or attempts to get around the posting limits.
We may remove any poster or comment, and close accounts, at our discretion, especially after a report. You can report a poster or comment from its page.
Posting limits and how long posters stay
Free posters get a random size and stay up for 7, 14 or 30 days, then leave the Board. Each person can have one free poster up at a time; sharing a poster publicly on social media and linking that post in My posters unlocks another free slot, up to three. There is also a daily limit. We may check shared links and withdraw an unlock if the link is not a real public post about the Board. Sizes and positions cannot be changed after publishing.
Sponsored placement
A sponsored poster is kept on the Board until you remove it (or a moderator removes it for breaking these terms), in the size you chose, above free posters. It does not guarantee visits, sales or search ranking. Links from the Board carry rel="sponsored" (paid) or rel="ugc nofollow" (free) and are not endorsements. Prices are shown at checkout and payments are handled by Stripe. See the refund policy.
Availability and liability
The Board is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version. Questions or takedown requests: hello@onemilliontools.com.
