Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we need to run the Board.

What we store

• Account: your email address (or Google account email and name) so you can sign in and so we can email you about your posters.
• Your posts: poster image, product name, description, category, website, optional creator name, and likes and comments you make. These are public.
• Payments: Stripe handles your card details; we only keep the payment status, amount and a Stripe reference.
• Counts: anonymous daily totals of poster views and clicks on “Visit product”. We do not store your IP address or set tracking cookies for these counts.
• Reports: reports you file and the reason you give.

How we use it

To show the Board, authenticate you, process payments, prevent abuse, and send service emails such as a sign-in code or a notice that a poster is about to leave the Board. We do not sell personal data and do not run advertising.

Who processes it

• Supabase: database, sign-in and image storage.
• Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the site.
• Stripe: payments.
• Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
• Resend (or a similar email provider): sending service emails.

Storage in your browser

Your sign-in session is kept in your browser’s local storage, and we use session storage to avoid counting the same poster view twice. These are needed for the site to work.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and posts, or correct your data, by emailing hello@onemilliontools.com. Payment records may be kept as long as the law requires.
