Refund Policy

Free posters cost nothing. A sponsored placement is a one-time payment that keeps your poster on the Board until you or a moderator removes it.

Automatic refunds

If you order several identical posters and any one of them cannot be placed, the whole order is refunded rather than partly fulfilled.
If your payment succeeds but the sponsored spot cannot be given (for example, the Board’s sponsored capacity is full or your poster was removed first), the payment is marked for refund and returned to the original payment method.
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the sponsorship ends and the poster returns to normal free status.

Within 7 days of paying, if the sponsored placement did not work as described, email us and we will refund it.
Because the placement starts immediately, we do not refund simply because of low traffic or a change of mind after it has been live for more than 7 days.
If we remove your poster for breaking the terms, the sponsorship is not refunded.

Email hello@onemilliontools.com from the address on your account with your poster’s name. Refunds usually reach your bank in 5–10 business days.
